Serves: 6 Prep.Time: 25 minutes + 1 hours baking 4 Sweet Potatoes, boiled in skins until barely tender 2 cups sliced Cooking Apples 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 4 tablespoons Butter 1/2 cup Apple Cider Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes; slice 1/2-inch thick and set aside. In a medium saucepan, cook apples in about 1 cup water about 15 minutes; drain. In a greased 13x9x2 baking dish, layer potato and apple slices; top each layer with brown sugar, cinnamon and dots of butter. Pour apple cider over all; bake 1 hour.
