Serves: 4 (easy to double) Prep.Time: 30 minutes 1 pound fresh Brussels Sprouts -- trimmed and sliced 3 tablespoons Butter 1/4 cup chopped Red Onion Salt and Pepper to taste Steam brussels sprouts, covered, over boiling water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Melt butter in a heavy skillet; add the onions and cooked brussels sprouts. Saute 4-5 minutes or until onion is soft. Add salt and pepper to taste; serve immediately.
