Recipe By : Good Housekeeping (8/99) 2 1/2 pounds medium red potatoes -- cut in 1" pieces 12 cloves garlic -- peeled 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 1 teaspoon salt 14 teaspoon coarse-ground black pepper In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until potatoes are venly coated. Wrap mixture in heavy duty foil, sealing tightly. Place packet on grill over medium heat and cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, turning packet over once halfway through grilling.
