Serves: 6 Prep.Time: 30 minutes 2 cans Italian Cannellini Beans -- drained and rinseed 1 Red Onion -- chopped 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley -- chopped 3 tablespoons Olive Oil 3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar Salt and Pepper to taste 1 can Solid White Tuna (7-oz.) -- drained Combine beans, onion and parsley in salad bowl. Whisk oil and vinegar and pour over beans; cover and chill completely. Line serving plates with lettuce and spoon bean mixture into center. Top with chunks of tuna and pass additional salad dressing on the side.
