ALL-PURPOSE SPICY MARINADE

I first used this marinade on a couple of turkey legs. It tasted SO wonderful, I had to try it on other meats. I would even try it mixed into burger meat. It's just delish!!

2 tablelspoons vegetable oil (coconut, olive, canola, or grapeseed)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons yellow mustard (I used "French's Spicy")
2 teaspoons hot sauce (I used Tabasco's "Garlic Pepper Sauce")
1 teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder
1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Apply mixture liberally to all sides of meat. Wrap meat in foil and refrigerate about 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
