MOLASSES-GLAZED BABY BACK RIBS
This is an abbreviated (and improved!) recipe that I once saw Martha Stewart do. They're totally yummy and make perfect party finger food when cut into individual ribs.
Serves: 4
Prep.Time: 20 minutes + marinating time + 45-60 minutes baking
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Frank's hot pepper sauce
2 racks back back ribs
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
In a large bowl, combine vinegar, molasses, maple syrup, mustard and hot pepper sauce. Cut ribs into serving pieces if desired, and add ribs to marinade; toss to coat well. Cover and marinate refrigerated up to 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Transfer ribs to shallow baking pan, reserving marinade. Season ribs with salt and pepper on both sides and bake about 45-60 minutes or until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade every 15 minutes and turning after about half hour. Discard any remaining marinade.
