3 red or green bell peppers (or mixed) -- cut in 1" strips In a medium bowl, toss peppers and onions with the oil; arrange in a grill basket. Grill vegetables in basket and the sausages directly on grill rack 4 minutes each side; same time. Toast rolls cut side down 2 minutes. Transfer grilled vegetables and sausages to the bowl; toss with vinegar and cheese. Divide mixture evenly between rolls.
