Serves: 4
1 pound lean ground beef Mix the ground beef, onion powder, honey mustard, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, salt, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Shape into 4 patties. * Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers 5 minutes, turn and cook an additional 5 minutes for medium, or longer until desired doneness is reached.. Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese shortly before removing from the skillet; serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomato. * If time permits, the flavors are improved if the patties are refrigerated for about 1 hour.
