BLUE RIBBON BURGERS
Yields 6 Burgers

2 pounds Lean Ground beef
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 package Cream Cheese (3-oz.) -- softened
2 tablespoons Blue cheese -- crumbled
1 can Sliced Mushrooms (4-oz.) (Optional) -- drained

Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in large bowl; shape into 12 thin patties. Combine cheeses; top each patty evenly. Press mushrooms (if used) into cheese. Cover with remaining patties and seal edges firmly. Broil 4 inches from heat 5-7 minutes each side.
