Serves 6 Prep.Time: 15 minutes 2 cans sliced Peaches (16-oz.each) -- drained 1/4 cup Raisins 1 package Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix (3.4 oz) 1/2 cup All-purpose flour 1/3 cup chopped Dry Roasted Peanuts 1/4 cup Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Butter Preheat oven to 400 degrees; grease an 8" square baking pan. Mix peaches and raisins in prepared pan; set aside. In a small bowl, combine pudding mix. flour, nuts and oats; cut in butter until mixutre is crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches and raisins; bake 15-20 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
