4 (10-ounce) strip steaks Excluding the steaks, puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Marinate the steaks for about 15 to 20 minutes in the puree and set aside. On a hot grill, cook the steaks, about 3 minutes on each side for medium rare. Let rest for 3 minutes.
