Prep.Time: 15 minutes Yields about 2 cups 1 package dry onion soup mix 1 container sour cream (8 oz.) 1 container whole-milk ricotta cheese (8 oz.) 4 cloves roasted garlic -- mashed 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves -- chopped Salt and fresh-ground pepper to taste Grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees; lightly oil a 9-inch pie plate. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese; beat well until thoroughly mixed. Transfer mixture to prepared pie plate; sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with toasted small bread rounds or crackers. Yields about 2 cups.
