Prep.Time: 15 minutes; Make these a day or two ahead. 2 cups pecan halves (1 10-oz.bag) 2 tablespoons butter -- melted 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 1/4 teaspoon sugar Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and gently toss to coat pecans. Spread pecans in a single layer on a jelly roll pan (15x10x1) and bake 10-12 minutes or until pecans are toasted. Serve warm or at room temperature.
