Prep.Time: 15 Minutes 1 package dry onion soup mix 1 container sour cream (8 oz.) 1 jar roasted red peppers (7 oz.) -- drained and chopped 4 cloves roasted garlic -- mashed 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves -- chopped Fresh ground pepper to taste Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
