Serves: 4 2 cups diced cooked chicken 1/3 cup hot pepper sauce (Frank's RedHot) 2 tablespoons melted butter 10 ounces tortilla chips 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, toss chicken with hot pepper sauce and melted butter. Arrange tortilla chips on a baking dish. Top with chicken mixture and cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and chopped tomato if desired.
