RED-HOT CHICKEN NACHOS
This recipe gets its name from the brand of hot sauce--"Frank's RedHot", and it's their recipe. Of course you can use any brand you choose, and even make it hotter if you wish. This is quick and easy, and you can add any additional ingredients if you wish---have fun!
Serves: 4
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/3 cup hot pepper sauce (Frank's RedHot)
2 tablespoons melted butter
10 ounces tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, toss chicken with hot pepper sauce and melted butter. Arrange tortilla chips on a baking dish. Top with chicken mixture and cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and chopped tomato if desired.
